Who We Are
Generous Heart International is a faith-driven, community-rooted nonprofit dedicated to transforming lives through restorative justice, creative expression, and service. Founded by experienced educators and justice advocates, we believe in the power of art, faith, and community to heal, connect, and empower individuals—especially youth.
Our Story
Born from a shared passion for equity and spiritual growth, Generous Heart International was created to meet people where they are—locally and globally. Whether in a classroom, church, or courtroom, our founders saw the need for safe spaces where stories could be heard, cultures celebrated, and healing could begin. We launched this ministry to be that space.
What We Do
We offer youth and families opportunities to engage in peace circles, service learning, arts-based education, and global cultural exchange. Through partnerships with schools, faith communities, and justice system leaders, we create programs that build leadership, restore hope, and promote dignity.

Meet the Board
Tina Odum-Brown
Treasurer
A retired FX Manager with extensive investment industry experience. She brings leadership in project management, budgeting, and innovation—known for her integrity, collaboration, and commitment to excellence and efficiency.
Gloria Delaney
Vice Chair
A veteran court clerk trainer with 44 years of experience, restorative justice volunteer, and youth peace circle leader-supporting healing, resource access, and justice-
focused youth empowerment.
VonDietra Butler
Board Chair
An experienced educator with 40 years in the field, specializing in program development and
advancing equity through diverse, community-focused approaches. Passionate about faith-based service, VonDietra works to inspire purpose- driven leadership and spiritual growth.
Adele Wright
Secretary
An experienced educator and community wellness program coordinator with 16 years of service, and a dedicated advocate for equity in education and cross-cultural learning-supporting partnerships and
grassroots engagement.

We believe that healing and empowerment are sacred acts. Whether through restorative justice circles, creative expression, or mentorship, we aim to uplift the spirit while meeting practical needs.
