We Come In Peace
Restorative Justice Circles for Healing and Voice
Our signature restorative justice program fosters safe, supportive environments where participants share their stories, practice accountability, and build community trust. These healing-centered circles support communities in navigating conflict, trauma, and transformation.
Faith Through Art
Creative Expression Grounded in Spiritual Wellness
Through hands-on workshops in visual art, dance, music, and storytelling, this program integrates faith-based reflection with cultural expression. Participants explore their identities, spiritual journeys, and personal healing through the arts.
Discover the power of mindful art.
In this guided Zentangle workshop, participants will use structured patterns and repetitive drawing techniques to quiet the mind, spark creativity, and reduce stress. No artistic experience is necessary—just a willingness to breathe, reflect, and create.
Zentangle is more than drawing;
It’s a meditative practice that encourages focus, emotional regulation, and self-expression. Participants will leave with their own unique piece of art and a simple, calming tool they can return to again and again.
Perfect for:
Youth, adults, educators, and anyone seeking peace through art.All materials provided.

Global Classroom Exchange
Arts-Based International Collaboration for Youth
The Ghana Experience is a transformative cultural immersion program for students in grades 3–6, combining African dance, drumming, and visual arts with real-time international exchange. Through a blend of in-person workshops and virtual sessions with artists and peers in Ghana, students explore identity, creativity, and global citizenship.
Led by skilled cultural teaching artists, youth learn traditional rhythms, movements, and visual motifs that express unity, discipline, and storytelling. Middle school students take on leadership roles by focusing on drumming and accompanying younger peers in a culminating school-wide performance—fostering mentorship and community.
Virtual sessions connect Chicago students with Ghanaian peers as they create art together and explore Ghanaian textiles, color symbolism, and craft techniques—building empathy, curiosity, and cross-cultural understanding.
Grounded in Ghanaian tradition, the program incorporates music, storytelling, and discussion to deepen appreciation for global heritage while nurturing values like perseverance, respect, and collaboration.
Cross-continental collaboration with Ghanaian youth and artists
Dance and drumming workshops that promote teamwork and self-expression
Synchronous visual art creation between Ghana and Chicago
